Bálint Botos, MRICS, CFA, CEO

Bálint holds a degree in Economy from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a major in Rural and Urban Development. He pursued extensive financial studies at the CFA Institute (Chartered Financial Analyst, Virginia, USA).

Between 2006 and 2008, Bálint participated in various residential property development projects, subsequently, between 2009 and 2012, he worked as share and bond analyst and portfolio manager. From 2014 until 2016 he was investment manager at Tippin Corporation (tippin.net), and since 2015 he has also been providing property-consulting services for the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Bálint is Chairman of the Board at Rigg Wealth Management c.Plc., furthermore, he is founder and managing director of the companies specializing in development, project and property management of the Forestay Group. He participated in developing the concept and managing the developmental process of the 418-room private student residence, Dean's College Hotel Budapest.

Gábor Pető, MBA, Director of Strategy and  Analysis

Gábor holds an MBA degree from the University of Lyon and MSc from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He has almost 20 years experience in real estate project financing. Previously he was head of UniCredit Hungary RE finance department.

Gábor is the finance and transactions director of Forestay Group. He is responsible for the capital increase and bank financing needs  of Forestay Group’s new projects.

Péter Németh, MRICS, MBA, Property Investment Director

Peter graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a master’s degree in Architecture. During his studies he was granted scholarships to study in Denmark and Paris. He continued his professional education at Central European University and obtained his degree in MBA from Emory University Business School in Atlanta, where he pursued a Fellowship program.

From 2005 he worked as Portfolio Manager with Siemens Real Estate in Munich, after which, in 2007, he joined Tippin Corporation as Development Manager, where Peter is responsible for managing project development throughout Hungary, Germany and Georgia. Peter is responsible manager of project developments exceeding €150 million; he is founding partner of the Forestay Group member companies for property development, project management, construction and property management; board member of Rigg Wealth Management Plc.

Peter is a licensed and registered architect; furthermore, he holds licenses to real estate management and valuation services as well as mediation of financial services. He is a frequently invited guest lecturer at universities and various conferences.
