Oszkár Kiss, Managing Director, board member

Oszkár studied economics at Budapest Corvinus University, specializing in information management and business valuation and later obtained his second degree in bank operation at the University of Passau.

He has nearly 15 years of commercial banking experience in the fields of business risk-management and restructuring. Within this, wholesale, structured and real estate financing and the management of distressed loan portfolios played key roles. For ten years, Oszkár has held various managerial positions (managing fields with groups of 10 to 60 personnel).

He currently acts as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board at Forestay Fund Management Private Ltd., moreover, as Financial Director of the Forestay Group.

Zsolt Nyári, board member

Zsolt Zoltán Nyári is a financial expert with twenty years of experience in the fields of investments, financial advice and brokering, moreover, he is a world champion and Olympian sailor. In 1993, he graduated from the College of Foreign Trade and later from the Hungarian University of Physical Education, and for a while has focused on his sporting career.

Since 1999 Zsolt has worked for the Belgian KBC private banking group, initially at K&H Brókerház Rt., K&H Befektetési Rt., ABN-AMRO Equities Rt., and the subsidiaries of K&H Equities Rt. He was sales manager for the Hungarian branch of KBC Securities between 2006-2014, then held the positions of executive financial advisor and retail offline manager until 2018. Then he became managing director for KHPB Hungary Kft. Zsolt has gained a significant ten years of leadership experience mainly in the field of securities investment advising.

 

 

   

Gergely Bánfai, board member

Gergely Bánfai has over twenty years of professional and leadership experience in financial advisory and real estate investment services gained at various financial institutions. He graduated from the College of Foreign Trade in Finance and obtained a master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Economics in Budapest.

Gergely started his career at Raiffeisen Bank in the fields of credit risk analysis and project finance, he has held managerial positions, and since 2005 has co-owned and managed several financial services companies. These included the financial corporations of Central European Credit Zrt. and CE Faktor Zrt., BIF Nyrt. and the real estate sales company Remax Croatia. Starting from 2013, he is a member of the board of directors and co-owner of PannonHitel Pénzügyi Zrt., a specialized financial company providing financing and overdue debt claims purchasing and management services.

 

 

   

Bálint Botos, MRICS, CFA, Strategic and  Analytical Director

Bálint holds a degree in Economy from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a major in Rural and Urban Development. He pursued extensive financial studies at the CFA Institute (Chartered Financial Analyst, Virginia, USA).

Between 2006 and 2008, Bálint participated in various residential property development projects, subsequently, between 2009 and 2012, he worked as share and bond analyst and portfolio manager. From 2014 until 2016 he was investment manager at Tippin Corporation (tippin.net), and since 2015 he has also been providing property-consulting services for the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Bálint is Chairman of the Board at Rigg Wealth Management c.Plc., furthermore, he is founder and managing director of the companies specializing in development, project and property management of the Forestay Group. He participated in developing the concept and managing the developmental process of the 418-room private student residence, Milestone Semmelweis Budapest, worth €25 million.

Péter Németh, MRICS, MBA, Property Investment Director

Peter graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a master’s degree in Architecture. During his studies he was granted scholarships to study in Denmark and Paris. He continued his professional education at Central European University and obtained his degree in MBA from Emory University Business School in Atlanta, where he pursued a Fellowship program.

From 2005 he worked as Portfolio Manager with Siemens Real Estate in Munich, after which, in 2007, he joined Tippin Corporation as Development Manager, where Peter is responsible for managing project development throughout Hungary, Germany and Georgia. Peter is responsible manager of project developments exceeding €150 million; he is founding partner of the Forestay Group member companies for property development, project management, construction and property management; board member of Rigg Wealth Management Plc.

Peter is a licensed and registered architect; furthermore, he holds licenses to real estate management and valuation services as well as mediation of financial services. He is a frequently invited guest lecturer at universities and various conferences.

Ádám Boros, Back Office Manager

Ádám graduated in 2009 from the University of West Hungary with a degree in Economics, majoring in Finance. He pursued further studies, attending courses for VAP (Asset, Fund and Portfolio) and CEFA (EFFAS) at the International Training Center for Bankers.

Since 2006 Ádám has worked in the field of banking back office, and gained substantial experience at several prestigious banks and fund managers, e.g. ING Fund Management, CIB Fund Management, the custody division of Raiffeisen Bank and UniCredit Bank, among others.

Ádám is currently responsible of the administrative management of Forestay Fund Management Private Ltd.
